The Anchorage Community Development Authority’s Great Streets Façade Loan Program provides business and property owners by providing low-interest loans to improve their storefronts and enhance the city’s retail districts.
Under the Great Streets Façade Loan Program, businesses may qualify for up to a $25,000 loan and building owners may qualify for up to a $100,000 loan for permitting, painting, awnings, signs, murals, windows/doors, lighting, and design work.
